Telehealth Sessions

All sessions are currently virtual and available for folks based within Washington State.

I offer a free 20 minute conversation to see if we find working together to be a good fit, and if I may answer any questions you might have.

90-minute individual or relationship sessions are also available at an additional rate.

Insurance

While I do not currently accept insurance, I can provide superbills, which may allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance provider.

Creative Reciprocity: Pay-What-You-Can

I am open to seeing what balance is best for our working relationship. In effort to minimize barriers to care, I offer limited pay-what-you-can openings, and I will make time for us to discuss our fees and any needs or ideas that you may have.

Other Areas of Work

To organizations or groups that may be interested in working with me to offer therapy services or psychoeducation to their members, I am open for contracted work, including: speaking opportunities, conflict mediation, and workshop facilitation.
