What does a good match in therapy mean to you?

Here are some areas of therapy that I practice, adapting to my clients’ unique lifeworlds:

Trauma Therapy
Trauma is a process of transformation that moves throughout our bodies, hearts, families, communities, and Lands. We can meet you just as you are, and make room for what matters to you.

Reconstruction
Through our daily lives, we often come to expressing and enduring belief systems that have been harmful to us or the people around us. These belief systems can center our faith, identities, politics, intimate relationships, or how we understand communities. As you relate to yourself in a different way than you’ve known, I am here to support your journey.

Somatic Mindfulness
As we process our experiences in our minds, we can also seek to learn from the experiences of our bodies. Without forcing restfulness or calm, we extend our curiosity to what stories are alive in the body that has been our persistent companion in this life.

Please freely consider what else you may want to know about how I practice care.
To help understand our fit for therapy work, I encourage people considering working with me to bring up any questions pertaining to therapy that you value. Examples may include, but are not limited to: my sociopolitical understandings, gender- and sexuality-affirming practices, neurodiversity practices, and other factors that may impact the quality and depth of care that you are receiving.
